Grubhub is an American online and mobile prepared food platform based in the United States. It was founded in 2004 by Mike Evans and Matt Maloney, and has been a subsidiary of the Dutch company since 2021. Grubhub has been criticized for antitrust price manipulation, listing restaurants without permission, and allegedly misclassifying workers.

The company has a large portfolio of brands, including Seamless, AllMenus, MenuPages, LevelUp, and Tapingo. Grubhub has acquired several companies, including DiningIn, Restaurants on the Run, Delivered Dish, LAbite, Eat24, and OrderUp.

Grubhub has a mobile app available for download on the Google Play Store, which allows users to order food from local restaurants for delivery or pickup. The app has a rating of 3.6 stars and has been downloaded over 10 million times.

Grubhub also offers a service called Grubhub+, which provides unlimited $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and exclusive offers on orders placed from Grubhub+ restaurants. This service is available for free to Amazon Prime members.
