To sign in to your account, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gmail sign up page: sites.google.com
2. Click on the "Create Account" button.
3. Fill in the required information, including your name, username, password, birthday, gender, and phone number.
4. Click on the "Next" button.
5. Set your personal profile and click on the "Next" button.
6. Click on the "Continue" button to go to your Gmail inbox.

Alternatively, you can also sign in to your account using the Gmail sign in page: mail.google.com

Note: If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "Forgot password" link on the sign in page to reset it.

To change your Gmail password, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the Google Account settings page: myaccount.google.com
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Click on the "Password" option.
4. Enter your current password and click on the "Next" button.
5. Enter your new password and click on the "Change password" button.
