Toby Keith was an American singer, songwriter, record producer, actor, and businessman. He was born on July 8, 1961, in Clinton, Oklahoma. Keith began his music career in the 1990s and released his debut single, "Should've Been a Cowboy," in 1993. He went on to release 19 studio albums, two Christmas albums, and five compilation albums, with worldwide sales of over 40 million albums. Keith charted 61 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, including 20 number one hits and 22 additional top 10 hits. He died on February 5, 2024, following a two-year battle with stomach cancer. The Toby Keith Foundation, which he established in 2006, supports pediatric cancer patients and their families by providing a cost-free, convenient, and comfortable home called OK Kids Korral.
