Xfinity is an American business segment and division of Comcast Cable Communications, LLC. It is used to market consumer cable TV, internet, phone, and wireless services provided by the company. The brand was introduced in 2010, and as of 2023, its CEO is Dave Watson, its chairman is Brian Roberts, and its CFO is Catherine Avgiris. Xfinity offers high-speed internet services in the United States, with coverage in all 50 states. The company began offering internet services in late 1996 and has since grown to serve over 26.5 million high-speed internet customers. Xfinity also offers a low-cost internet service, "Internet Essentials," for families with children who qualify for free or reduced price school lunches. In 2024, Comcast announced the expansion of its "Now" branding to include two prepaid services: Now Internet and Now Mobile. Now Internet offers plans for $30/month for 100Mbps or $45/month for 200Mbps, with no data cap.
